The People of the State of New York, to Betsey Austin, widow, residing Providence, Saratoga County - Ezra Austin of Wiscoy, Alleghany County, - Lydia Cadmon of Newark, Rock County, Wisconsin - Jonathan Austin of Providence aforesaid - Joseph McOmber, Sophia McOmber - Lydia McOmber and Maria McOmber of Providence aforesaid, Julia Ann Watkins and her husband John Watkins, of Waterloo, Seneca County - Orpha Ann Feltz of the city of New York, Jane Eliza Fonda of Florida, Herkimer Co. - Shadrach Austin of Newark New Jersey - the heirs of Isaac Austin late of Springport Cayuga County deceased, whose names and places of residence are unknown - James W Culver, Esq of Ballston Spa Saratoga County herein guardian of the following named minors towit: Ezra W McOmber, George F McOmber of Providence aforesaid, Mary Ann Edwards and Lydia Dubois of the city of New York, Austin A. Dubois, Smith H. Dubois, Charlotte E. Dubois of Williamsburgh N.Y. and the heirs of Isaac Austin late of Springport Cayuga Co., deceased, whose names and places of residence are unknown - Austin and Florence Cole residing in the state of Illinois but at what place is unknown.
Heirs and next of kin of Ezra Austin late of the town of Providence in the county of Saragoga and state of New York, deceased.
Greeting: Whereas Robert Spier of the town of Milton in the county of Saratoga aforesaid executor named in the last Will and Testament of the said Ezra Austin deceased, has made applicaton to the Surrogate of said county of Saratoga, to have said Will, which relates to both real and personal estate, proved and admitted to probate:
You, and each of you, are therefore hereby cited to appear before the said Surrogate at his Office in the village of Ballston Spa in said county of Saratoga, on the 14th day of September at 10 o'clock in the fore noon, to attend the proof and probate of said Will
